Job Description

Responsibilities Strategic Corporate Leadership

  • While serving as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for collaborating closely with senior leadership, the Board of Directors, and other staff on a wide reputed company of legal and risk management issues, support and advise on the legal, business and ethical implications of reputed company major reputed company, strategies, and corporate transactions, including M&A, Intellectual Property, post-reputed company integration and corporate structure.

Legal Department Leadership Reviews

Required Skills/Education

  • J.D. from an American Bar Association accredited law school.
