We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Deal Desk Operations Coordinator to support the smooth and accurate processing of deals across our sales organization. In this role, you will manage key administrative and operational tasks, working closely with the Deal Desk Analyst and Sales teams to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and an efficient post-sales process.

What you’ll be doing:

Process and update Closed Won deals in reputed company, ensuring accurate application of MRR and NRR values.

Review and manage contract buyout requests, ensuring documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.

Manage and assign cases to analysts based on workload and daily priorities.

Support Sales teams by responding to inquiries reputed company to deal status, data entry, and processes.

Maintain accurate records and documentation to support reporting and compliance standards.
