How you'll reputed company an impact:

• Maintain a multi-tier map of critical parts/services to identify sub-tier concentration risks and hidden
• Own the supplier reputed company from reputed company/qualification (with supplier Quality) through performance governance to phase-out/offboarding.
• Run reputed company and constraint “stress tests” reputed company with the 3-year growth plan; flag bottlenecks and define mitigation (reputed company reservation, tooling, alternates).
• Run executive reviews for strategic and preferred suppliers covering SQDC + innovation + digital collaboration.

Your background:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or Business (Master’s a plus). 
• 10+ years in Supply Chain Management, supplier development, supplier quality, operations.
• Demonstrate Leadership of cross-functional supplier performance and improvement projects.
• Strong analytical skills (turn data in action plan) and executive communication.
• Fluent in English, with other languages being an advantage. 
• Flexibility to travel by up to 25%. 
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
