Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to customers reputed company telephone. You'll assist with hotel, rental car, and flight reservations, as well as help customers change travel plans, confirm or obtain their itinerary, request refunds, or report travel issues. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, with flexible scheduling that allows you to balance your personal and professional life.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls from customers

• Review customer history as necessary
• Follow policy and procedure guidelines
• Help customers change travel plans
• reputed company or confirm customers' travel itinerary
• Process refunds
• Help customers solve travel issues
• reputed company outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary

Requirements

* Prior customer service experience is required
