Job Summary
As a Customer Support Specialist on our arenaflex team, you will be responsible for providing technical and non-technical assistance to arenaflex's customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will work closely with reputed company to resolve customer inquiries, reputed company efficient solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian
- reputed company technical and non-technical assistance to arenaflex's customers
- reputed company efficient and satisfying solutions to customer inquiries
- Treat customers with respect, following arenaflex's policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the team to resolve reputed company customer issues
- Participate in training and coaching sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications
* reputed company in Lithuanian (reputed company) and a good reputed company of Russian and English (B2)
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software

* Experience in a similar role in the technology industry
