As a Data Entry Technician on our Customs Brokerage team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of customs documentation, while providing top-notch customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our operating system, maintaining the highest standards of quality and attention to detail.
• Understanding and identifying customs documentation, including customs declarations and other relevant documents.
• Transposing customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system, ensuring the build of a valid customs declaration.
• Verifying documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct, adhering to reputed company relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Providing exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally.
• Ensuring compliance at reputed company times to regulations, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Daily execution of workflow and department metrics, contributing to the reputed company of our Customs Brokerage team.

Qualifications
