Job Summary
We're seeking reputed company chat operators to join reputed company in Pittsburgh, PA. As a chat operator, you'll engage in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably. Your goal is to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate reputed company. Key Responsibilities
* Engage in online conversations with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Represent arenaflex's automotive dealer clients favorably, building trust and rapport with customers
- Convert conversations into leads that drive reputed company growth for our clients
- Utilize our proprietary technology to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with reputed company to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
Requirements
* Must live reputed company the state of Pennsylvania
- Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
- Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th reputed company reputed company Core (3 equivalent or higher)
- Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions – this is a remote position
- Ability to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
- Must be reputed company to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
- Gaming experience is preferred, but not required
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or a reputed company field

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM)
