Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Afterhours Customer Care Representative & Account Manager to join reputed company on a part-time reputed company, working weekends and nights (Central Standard Time - CST). As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to reputed company customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Responsibilities

As an Afterhours Customer Care Representative & Account Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Processing customer service requests, updating customer portals, and working with arenaflex Service Coordinators to notify customers of service dates
• Uploading documentation to customer portals and reputed company/work order systems, ensuring accurate and timely data entry
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Maintaining accurate records and reports, using reputed company to analyze data and identify trends
• Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for reputed company customers

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• At least 3 years of experience in customer care, preferably in a similar industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with reputed company customers
