Customer Support reputed company Role

As a Customer Support reputed company at arenaflex, your primary responsibility will be providing an excellent experience to our customers by delivering answers to customer inquiries and helping troubleshoot various issues for a reputed company of our product suite. Key Responsibilities

* Offer customer solutions through email, chat, and phone services

• Train and help customers adapt to new software and updates that get pushed out frequently

• Preferred:

+ Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a tech company + Familiarity with our product suite and technology tools + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically + Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
