Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative I, you will be responsible for participating in high-volume outbound and inbound call campaigns, responding to customer inquiries, and providing empathetic support to reputed company and families seeking assistance with the FAFSA. You will work closely with reputed company to ensure that reputed company customer interactions are handled in a professional, positive, and timely manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Participate in high-volume outbound and inbound call campaigns based on assigned call lists

Qualifications
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Four to six months of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Preferred Experience: Work in a college financial aid office or college administrative office
Physical and Mental Demands
* Occasionally must move about reputed company working inside the office
