Job Summary

As a Technical Support and Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You'll work from home, interacting with customers reputed company inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. Your primary goal will be to resolve routine problems and questions regarding our clients' products and services, while building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* 1+ year of customer service experience, with a strong focus on building customer relationships

  • Technical support experience preferred, but not required

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to ask probing questions to come to a resolution
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • Desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing; a work computer may be provided depending on the position offered, but is not guaranteed (will be discussed further with a recruiter)
  • High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone

Essential Qualifications

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and come to a resolution
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of reputed company
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools

  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer service and technical support
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service or technical support, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Technical Support Specialist (CTSS)
