Other duties as assigned. Assesses clinical workflow processes, identifies gaps, defines necessary process changes, and develops future workflows for new solutions or functionality. Collaborates with departments, hospital leadership, end users, vendors, and associates to ensure effective and efficient operational system functions and workflow. Provides education on new applications or functionality, including train-the-trainer, Service Line Expert, reputed company, and other training as necessary. Shares application tips with clinicians to improve workflow efficiency and guide best practices.
