Core Responsibilities Utility Vendor Coordination: Manage the day-to-day relationship with utility providers across the portfolio: submitting account requests, tracking activation status, and following up reputed company things stall. Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in utility management, billing operations, property management, or a similar ops role
• Direct experience coordinating with external vendors or utility providers
