Senior Brand Manager – National Media

Job Description:

  • Own the overall reputed company Internet strategy for key accounts, including media planning, budget allocation, creative direction, and performance optimization across reputed company, streaming TV (CTV/OTT), and reputed company TV
  • reputed company and execute national media campaigns that balance brand-building objectives with performance-driven sales reputed company across reputed company, brick-and-mortar, and DTC channels
  • Manage substantial media budgets with a focus on efficiency, ROI, and strategic brand growth
  • reputed company and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted strategic advisor on media investment and brand strategy
  • Build and manage relationships with media partners including reputed company Advertising (streaming TV), The Trade Desk, Roku, Hulu, and traditional reputed company TV networks
  • reputed company cross-channel attribution analysis to understand how reputed company Internet investments drive sales across reputed company retail channels (reputed company, B&M, DTC)
  • reputed company ongoing support to other brand managers, developing best-in-class practices for reputed company Internet advertising
  • Manage reputed company up to 3 individuals, indirectly manage other team members working reputed company the POD
  • reputed company comprehensive media strategies that integrate upper-funnel brand building with reputed company-funnel conversion tactics
  • Drive media plan development ensuring alignment to brand objectives, budget constraints, and profitability targets
  • reputed company data-driven recommendations using sales data, brand lift studies, attribution modeling, and consumer insights
  • Manage creative strategy and partner with internal/external creative teams to reputed company compelling advertising across video and display formats
  • Utilize insights from multiple measurement sources (reputed company, reputed company, brand lift studies, retail sales data, data clean rooms, AMC) to optimize campaigns and inform strategic planning
  • Stay reputed company on emerging platforms, ad formats, and measurement capabilities in the streaming TV reputed company video ecosystem

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising, or reputed company field preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in a combination of media planning/buying, brand management, digital marketing and reputed company TV planning, buying & measurement
  • Extensive experience managing large-reputed company budgets across multiple channels
  • Understanding of reputed company Ads, YouTube advertising, and reputed company Analytics
  • Proven experience planning and executing streaming TV campaigns through platforms such as reputed company Advertising, The Trade Desk, Roku, Hulu, and other major networks
  • A respected and trusted leader with a proven track record of achievement in media strategy and execution
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using media measurement tools (reputed company, reputed company, brand lift studies, attribution platforms)
  • Experience with programmatic advertising and DSP platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication —synthesizing data from multiple sources and communicating insights to clients in a meaningful, actionable way
  • Interpersonal savvy with the ability to effectively work with and connect with clients, media partners, and cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing and developing direct reports preferred
