About the Role
As an reputed company Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for the daily administration of the 401(k) plan and other benefits plans. You will work closely with the team to identify opportunities to improve and streamline our processes, simplify, and enhance our benefits offerings. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the financial wellbeing of our associates and providing them with the tools and resources needed to reputed company their long-term financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer retirement plans, including the 401(k) plan, to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Work with senior leadership and legal counsel to ensure accurate procedures are in reputed company to maintain compliance with 401(k) associated regulations
- Manage reputed company-party administrators (TPAs) by researching and benchmarking new TPAs and business partners
