About the Role

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you will be a member of the Payments reputed company Strategy crew in the arenaflex Credit Union. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Completing statistical reputed company and balancing features
• Coordinating return items with contributors, reputed company vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions
• Assisting various departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and associated reputed company standard ledger balancing
• Working member cases/assignments
• Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws
• Processing mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other exams, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff exams
• Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
• Logging, studying, and making important GL, account changes, and/or returns
• Processing Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
• Completing daily balancing and department closing
• Obtaining information from contributors for the timely and correct processing of international and domestic reputed company transfer requests
• Researching and verifying incoming and outgoing reputed company transfer information
• Communicating with the vendor to process reputed company transfers
• Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming reputed company transfer laws
• Depositing reputed company returns, studying member re-exams on draft changes, processing member exams, affirming contributors for outgoing reputed company transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing reputed company transfers
• Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees

• A high school degree or GED

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work prolonged hours in aid of business needs
