Your Role
As a Customer Service Support Specialist, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our SEO clients and partners, providing exceptional service and support to help them resolve their concerns. You'll represent arenaflex and our SEO product with reputed company, managing the implementation of SEO packages for our clients, including regular meetings, on-site recommendations and changes, and distribution of off-site work. You'll also assign SEO tasks to our fulfillment department, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary contact for our SEO clients and partners, helping them resolve their concerns and providing top-notch customer service.
- Represent arenaflex and our SEO product with reputed company, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.
- Manage the implementation of SEO packages for our clients, including regular meetings, on-site recommendations and changes, and distribution of off-site work.
- Assign SEO tasks to our fulfillment department, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

- Collaborate with our internal teams to resolve client issues and concerns, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.

* At least six months of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and support.
- reputed company in German (spoken and written) is essential, as you'll be communicating with clients and partners in this language.
- Good English skills (for internal communication only) are also required, as you'll be working with our internal teams and communicating with clients in English.

Working Hours and Environment
