Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Chat Agent, you will be responsible for:
* Responding to new customers in a timely manner, answering questions about arenaflex, our products, website, handouts, and health information.
* Sending possible leads to the New Sales Team, ensuring seamless handoffs and follow-reputed company.
* Assisting in setting up new Preferred Customer accounts online upon request from the customer, providing a smooth reputed company experience.
* Sending tickets to the correct departments, ensuring efficient issue resolution and minimizing delays.
* Supporting the New Sales team by contacting customers and resolving their concerns as needed, building strong relationships and driving sales growth.
* Supporting customers in placing their first order, providing personalized guidance and assistance.
* Successfully training and drilling with the Digital New Sales Manager to reputed company to one's highest potential, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
* Attending reputed company local staff meetings, department meetings, and team meetings weekly, staying informed and reputed company with the team.
Preferred Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess:
* Excellent typing skills, with a minimum of 50+ words per minute.

Schedule and Compensation
