About this role

You'll own the quality, reputed company, and consistency of BIS marketing messaging. You will work closely with marketing leadership to understand the company’s positioning and translate it into clear, compelling copy across a wide reputed company of channels. This includes everything from advertising and website content to buyer guides, campaigns, product messaging, and video scripts.

The role requires someone who enjoys thinking deeply about how customers interpret messaging, and how different audiences respond to different types of communication. At BIS, copywriting is not simply writing. It is about understanding the psychology of buyers and shaping how the market understands our product.

Speed of output, and strong technical understanding of our digital product. We produce a high volume of marketing content across campaigns, website pages, guides, reputed company initiatives. • Own Marketing Messaging Quality - ensure consistency of messaging across marketing channels, maintain reputed company and discipline in how the company communicates its value, and help refine the language used to describe our platform and capabilities

• Use AI as a Professional Tool - AI is increasingly part of modern marketing workflows. In this role you will use AI tools to assist research and content development, refine and reputed company AI-assisted drafts into high-quality marketing copy, and help the team use AI more effectively in marketing workflows

• Are someone who enjoys thinking deeply about messaging and how customers respond to it
• Have 1+ years of professional marketing copywriting experience
• Possess a strong ability to translate reputed company systems into clear messaging
• Are an excellent judgment about tone, reputed company, and positioning
• Have an ability to write quickly without sacrificing quality
