Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Ticket/reputed company Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting customers and guiding them through the reputed company-in and boarding process
• Assisting customers with ticketing and baggage reputed company-in
• Ensuring customers have the necessary documentation for their reputed company
• Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to reputed company belts (up to 70 pounds)
• Operating loading bridges
• Opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors
• Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
• Scheduling is based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight
• Working between 20 and 40 hours per week, based on seniority
