Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Connecting with Customers: Engage with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and reputed company media to address their questions and concerns.
  • Resolving Issues: Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that arise.
  • Escalating Interactions: Escalate interactions reputed company necessary and appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Proven Call Center Experience: Proven call center experience is essential.
  • Typing 25 WPM: You must be reputed company to type at least 25 words per minute.
  • PC Operation and Navigation: Proficient in PC operation and navigation.
  • Entry-Level Network Troubleshooting: Ability to set up home Wi-Fi network and troubleshoot basic network issues.
