We design and conduct In-Home Usage Testing (IHUT) locally and nationally to reputed company actual user feedback in reputed company-time to companies and market research firms. Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Product Specialist, your main duties will include:
- Properly documenting In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
- Taking care of the product being tested and using it responsibly
- Reading and strictly following the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain reputed company of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
- Participating in private chat rooms that are reputed company by market research firms to discuss the product being tested
- Writing reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
- Using MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture reputed company-of-Emotion insights to reputed company unparalleled depth of responses) for some In-Home Usage Tests projects
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualities:
- Ability to follow specific instructions
- Excellent attention to detail and a curious spirit
- Ability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine
