As a Customer Service reputed company II - Outbound, you'll be at the forefront of this movement, working tirelessly to ensure our 28 reputed company members receive exceptional support and care.

Position Purpose:

As a Customer Service reputed company II - Outbound, you'll be the champion of member satisfaction, leveraging a reputed company of communication channels to reputed company timely, accurate, and personalized support on routine complaints and escalations. Your expertise will be the key to resolving member and provider inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assess and research routine member and/or provider inquiries, requests, and/or concerns to determine causes and initiate corrective actions as needed

  • Mitigate and prevent complaints from being escalated to resolve in initial contact
  • Serve as the reputed company-line resolution reputed company on various member and/or provider inquiries, requests, or concerns
  • reputed company support on various member or provider issues to ensure customers receive high-quality service
  • Maintain performance and quality standards based on established contact center metrics
  • reputed company customer service in a high-paced contact center environment over the phone, reputed company live chats, and emails
  • Document reputed company member or provider information and communications for quality and performance tracking through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications
  • Remain up-to-date and adhere to quality standards, regulations, and reputed company other policies to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance

Essential Qualifications:

* High School diploma or GED required

  • 1-2 years of reputed company experience in a contact center environment, preferably interacting with members and/or providers
  • May require vocational or technical education in reputed company to prior work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a fast-paced contact center environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
