Job Summary:

As an e-Service Chat Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand to customers and business partners through various communication channels. You will acquire in-depth knowledge of our product coverage and adhere to our departmental guidelines, policies, and procedures while maintaining a professional and businesslike relationship with both reputed company customers. Your primary goal will be to reputed company every customer with the best possible service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist customers, contractors, and/or business partners reputed company inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence, and/or electronic communication according to reputed company policies, procedures, and contract coverage.

• Explain and uphold contract coverage to customers and/or contractors, ensuring they understand the benefits and limitations of our services.
• Follow up with customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Maintain reputed company knowledge of reputed company policies, procedures, programs, and complete required continuing education courses to stay up-to-date with industry developments and arenaflex's best practices.

Qualifications:

* Minimum Education, Licensure, and Professional Certification requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

• Minimum Experience required: 1+ years of experience preferred, with a strong background in customer service and/or a reputed company field.
