Contact Center Customer Service Representative – Inbound & Outbound Calls

As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, placing outbound calls, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
