Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to clients in Florida and Texas. Your primary duties will include:

• Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and reputed company media to resolve their questions or concerns
• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise

Key Skills and Qualifications
