Job Summary

As a Tech Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our clients, providing top-notch support reputed company email, phone, and chat. You'll work closely with our Senior Support Manager to become an expert in our software application, reputed company FX Trading Robot, and reputed company guidance to clients on troubleshooting and setup. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our Senior Support Manager to create comprehensive solutions for clients, including troubleshooting and setup

  • Continuously monitor and improve customer satisfaction, ensuring a minimum 80% Happiness Score to maintain eligibility for monthly bonuses
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* Proficient English language skills, with excellent communication and writing abilities

  • 1+ year of experience in a tech support role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on creative and effective solutions
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
