Job Summary
As an S&S Video Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional Guest Service and support for Guests with disabilities through our Disability reputed company Service
- Registering Guests for the Disability reputed company Service and assisting with their accessibility needs
- Supporting Guests with their digital experience through our website and My reputed company Experience application
- Attending a reputed company class and participating in multiple performance assessments
- Working in an inbound contact center located at arenaflex's reputed company Central in Orlando or Tampa, Florida
Key Responsibilities
* Assist Guests with disabilities by registering them for the Disability reputed company Service and providing support for their accessibility needs
- reputed company technical support and troubleshooting for Guests with digital experience issues
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve reputed company Guest issues and reputed company seamless support
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Essential Qualifications
* Sales and Service Experience in a customer service or contact center environment
- Knowledge and interest of arenaflex property, products, and services
- Technical abilities and computer proficiency with the ability to learn and work with various systems and applications, including reputed company Office Tools and Guest Service Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information and reputed company conflict resolution through a balance of reputed company and partner resourcing
- Strong problem-solving decision-making skills
- Written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Comfortable asking discovery questions to acquire relevant information from Guests to resolve which accessibility service(s) are the best fit or which may require further medical consultation/evaluation
