Your Role at arenaflex
As a Technical reputed company Specialist in the reputed company EN team, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers navigate the world of web hosting. You'll collaborate closely with other CS teams and our product teams to deliver impactful work on a global scale. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing services by communicating with customers and troubleshooting their emails & website-reputed company technical issues reputed company live chat and tickets in a timely manner.
- Applying problem-solving skills and resourcefulness to show our customers what customer obsession is really about.
- Empowering our customers to build their online reputed company by being a true ambassador of arenaflex.
- Daily polishing your technical expertise by diving deep into the world of IT.
- Delivering impactful work on a global scale.
Your Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- reputed company or reputed company English proficiency.
- Minimum 1-year of experience in the IT field, and/or IT-reputed company studies (a must).
- Experience/strong knowledge in web hosting, and/or troubleshooting website-reputed company issues (a must).
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- High emotional intelligence, with the ability to read customers' sentiment and reflect back on the feedback provided.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically reputed company addressing tasks.
- Ability to show reputed company, tactfulness, and proactivity reputed company interacting with customers.
- Hunger for growth & a can-do attitude!
