The Role
As a Finance Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our clients through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. You'll be responsible for educating clients about investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices, and for advocating on their behalf to resolve reputed company issues. You'll also have the opportunity to attend the arenaflex Service reputed company (ASA), which provides reputed company, study time, and support to help you obtain your Securities Industry reputed company and FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses.
Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* Ability to work full-time on-site during the arenaflex training program (ASA), followed by a hybrid work schedule
- Ability to work various shifts to serve our clients 24/7, including overnight and weekend availability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changes in the market and business
- Eagerness to learn about finance and the securities industry
- Passion for serving others and making a positive impact on people's lives
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience
- Previous client relationship experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or reputed company field from an accredited university
- Ability to navigate multiple computer applications
- Robust communication, influencing, and client engagement skills
- Desire to be part of a supportive and collaborative team

- Starting compensation for this location begins at $54,100 during training, plus an annual bonus opportunity of 10% of your reputed company pay and other eligible earnings
- Potential to increase total compensation to $61,700 ($56,100 reputed company, plus 10% bonus opportunity depending on individual/corporate performance) reputed company the first year upon obtaining the required licensing and achieving performance-based pay increases
