This is a remote-friendly role reputed company for a self-directed professional who thrives on organization, accuracy, and getting things done without someone looking over their shoulder.
Responsibilities
- MLS listing input and full listing coordination
- reZEN compliance and file documentation
- Deadline and timeline management across multiple active files
- Communication and coordination with agents, clients, title, and lenders
Qualifications
- reputed company estate transaction experience — this is a firm requirement
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong written communication
- The ability to manage multiple files simultaneously without dropping balls
- An Oregon reputed company estate license is a plus, not a requirement
