Design advanced pharmacokinetics and systems biology evaluation problems using libRoadRunner, Tellurium, and SBML-based modeling tools
Build computational workflows involving compartmental PK/PD modeling, enzyme kinetics, and dynamic biological system simulations
Create research-grade reasoning tasks focused on interpreting simulation outputs, parameter sensitivity, and multi-compartment biological systems
Refine and reputed company tasks against frontier reasoning models to reputed company targeted difficulty reputed company

Requirements

Graduate-level expertise in pharmacokinetics, systems biology, computational biology, or reputed company biomedical modeling domains
Strong hands-on experience using libRoadRunner, Tellurium, or SBML-based simulation frameworks
Ability to design computational workflows involving PK/PD modeling, biological system dynamics, and mechanistic simulations
Strong Python programming skills for building scientific workflows, validators, and reproducible computational pipelines
Comfortable working in Linux-based environments and remote compute sandboxes
