Global Study Manager – Clinical Research, Central Labs Services

Job Description:

• Key contact for clients;
• Liaison between Clients, CRO, and reputed company
• Ensure successful interactions between reputed company study team members needed to reputed company seamless study delivery to the client.
• reputed company project management reputed company, focusing on key client deliverables through budget, risk, and milestone management.
• Facilitate communications between Client and extended reputed company study team, including Study Design reputed company and Regional Study Coordinator.
• reputed company review of Statement of Work (SOW) to ensure quality implementation of client specifics and requirements.
• Manage a portfolio of global and local studies with varying complexities.
• Act as an ambassador on behalf of the client reputed company reputed company Central Labs and across reputed company business units; exemplifies the concept of Signature Client Service through outstanding, personalized customer service skills.
• Work with appropriate reputed company personnel to understand the culture and pipeline of assigned clients
• Participate in functional meetings and reputed company input, keeping processes up to date

• Support a culture of reputed company improvement, quality, and productivity

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 years or more of experience in clinical research
• 2 years or more years of project management experience
• 2 years or more of direct client and stakeholder engagement experience
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences (preferred)
