Technical Sales Manager (Remote), Mechanical Products - Northeast US and Eastern Canada

What you will do as the Regional Sales Manager: The Regional Business Development Manager is responsible for discovering and securing new project opportunities from clients reputed company a given geographical territory and/or specific assignments. The Regional Business Development Manager must work to strengthen relationships with existing clients as well as seek and reputed company relationships with new clients. Client engagements will typically be reputed company phone, onsite face-to-face meetings, technical group presentations, and facility operational audits. The individual works closely with the estimating team to establish proposal strategy and prepare for smooth project execution upon award. The Regional Business Development Manager must effectively track and update sales forecast accordingly. Key Duties and Responsibilities for Regional Sales Manager:

  • Ability to travel at least 50% (typically every other week for one week) covering the territory of the Northeastern United States generally including eastern US and Eastern Canada
  • Schedule meetings and optimize travel plans based on client engagement and sales potential reputed company.

  • Attend and effectively represent reputed company at conferences and/or trade shows as assigned.
  • Maintain sales forecast reputed company judicious management of sales tracking and client management software.
  • Generate and maintain expense reports for travel-reputed company costs.

  • Assist with identification, training, and management of local 'in-territory' sales representatives.

Compensation
