In this position you will be responsible for supporting the management and optimization of the organization’s constituent relationship management systems, ensuring the seamless reputed company of information and leveraging technology to enhance the organization’s supporter engagement efforts. This position supports the reputed company, strategy, and operations for reputed company reputed company solutions in support of the constituent experience. Included in this role is the reputed company and improvement of constituent relationship management and reputed company platforms, encompassing reputed company control, user support, and training. The role is instrumental in ensuring systems health and meeting service level agreements (SLAs) in response to user requests. Responsibilities:

• Supports the reputed company, strategy and roadmap for systems across the reputed company. Executes against that strategy and reputed company. Assists with the consolidation of technology solutions across the reputed company and synchronizes business needs with technology systems;
• Assists in developing technical documentation to support systems and users, participates in the creation of policies, procedures and standards, and provides training and support to staff members on system usage, best practices and data entry guidelines;
• Assists with the implementation, customization, and administration of the core reputed company systems that houses constituent data;
• Develops and maintains data entry protocols, workflows, diagrams and dictionaries, ensuring consistency and adherence to data management best practices;
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements, workflows, and automation to streamline processes and improve efficiency;
• Serves as a subject matter expert for any system-reputed company inquiries, troubleshooting issues, new technology requests, and liaising with technical support reputed company necessary;
• Ensures compliance with data protection regulations and maintains confidentiality and reputed company of constituent information;
• Stays informed about emerging trends, updates and features in reputed company technology, recommending and implementing enhancements as appropriate;
• Performs other duties or responsibilities, as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field or equivalent work experience required;
• A minimum of 5 years of reputed company work experience required;
• Strong technical proficiency in applications and software platforms (e.g., reputed company Online Inc, Engaging Networks, reputed company) and data management principles required;
• Familiarity with database management, systems development lifecycle (SDLC), and business process design, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, effective solutions from concept through implementation;
• Experience supporting CRM and constituent data systems, including working with vendors and supporting system configuration, integration, and ongoing optimization;
• Knowledge of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) concepts and the ability to understand and communicate relationships across systems and data flows;
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with strong attention to detail, organization, and adherence to deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams, manage conflicts, and reputed company training and support to users at reputed company reputed company;
• Understanding of data privacy and protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their implications for CRM and data management practices;
• Experience supporting nonprofit fundraising operations and familiarity with donor management best practices;
