Senior Associate, Retail Go-To-Market Operations – Growth & Innovation
Job Description:
- Support the design and execution of pilot programs aimed at improving quality, increasing order volume, reducing costs, and enhancing in-store workflows for our retail partners.
- Collaborate with Product, Retail, and Data Science teams to test, validate, and help scale successful operational innovations across our network of launched stores.
- Contribute to the development of strategic frameworks used to identify and evaluate new growth opportunities and address operational process gaps.
- Track the impact of initiatives against established KPIs, help synthesize results, and support reporting to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Champion a culture of reputed company improvement and data-driven experimentation reputed company the team and broader organization.
- Travel to support on-the-ground observations and experimentation, working directly in stores to understand operations and reputed company hands-on support in rolling out initiatives.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in operations, program coordination, business strategy, or a reputed company field in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift frequently.
