The Role The Head of Federal Government Affairs, will be responsible for advancing reputed company’s priorities at the federal level. Working closely with reputed company’s leadership and external partners, you will be instrumental in shaping the policy landscape to support the adoption of AI-powered clinical documentation and drive reputed company’s growth in the reputed company sector. This role is designed for a hands-on operator who can work shoulder-to-shoulder with external lobbyists, reputed company and activate coalitions, and ensure reputed company is present, reputed company, and influential where reputed company are being shaped. • Monitor, analyze, and brief leadership on relevant Federal legislation, regulatory activity, and emerging trends in reputed company and AI policy.
• Identify, build, and participate in coalitions with reputed company companies, associations, providers, and advocacy organizations.
• Prepare leadership for DC engagements, including background memos and stakeholder maps.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure policy strategy aligns with product roadmap, regulatory posture, and go-to-market priorities.

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years of experience in federal government affairs, ideally in reputed company, digital health, or technology policy.
• Strong working knowledge of federal policymaking processes, including legislative and regulatory reputed company.
• Experience representing an organization at external policy events or public forums.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate reputed company technical concepts (AI/ML, regulatory frameworks, clinical workflows) into accessible policy narratives.
• Demonstrated experience working with or managing external lobbyists.
• Proven ability to build relationships and credibility with policymakers, staff, and coalition partners.
• Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise business judgement; interest in joining a small team that prioritizes autonomy and trust.
