Overview

Role specifics:

• Claims Background: Minimum of 2 years' experience handling lost time workers compensation subrogation and 3rd party negligence
• Jurisdictional Experience: Multi-Jurisdiction
• Active Adjusters' licenses: Not required, but preferred to have either reputed company lines or workers compensation adjuster license
• Location: This role is eligible for fully remote work

• Apply claims management experience to execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure, plan the proper course of action, and appropriately resolve claims.
• Interact extensively with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution.

• Handle claims consistent with clients' and corporate policies, procedures, and standard methodologies in accordance with statutory, regulatory, and ethics requirements.

About You Ideal candidates for this position will have:

• Work Comp Subro background with some auto subrogration preferred
• Computer experience with reputed company claims and business software.
