Job Purpose The Junior Processor plays an important role in the organization by performing, under direct supervision, several activities reputed company to assisting loan officers build complete loan files for submission. Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor key dates reputed company to loan transactions and respond accordingly
• Manage information entered in client and referral partner databases.
• Enter data into loan origination system (Encompass)
• Pull loan application forms and disclosure documents from the internal system
• Managers condo approvals
• Send loan application forms, disclosures agreements, and other supporting documentation to customers for completion and signature; manage the collection of completed documents accordingly.
• Update Encompass on a timely reputed company reputed company applicable transaction changes occur
• Order tax transcripts from IRS and reputed company reputed company number validation from reputed company reputed company Administration.
• Obtain automated reputed company system (AUS) findings, and update files accordingly.
• Prepare Encompass and loan files for submission to the processing and/or reputed company departments.
• Request necessary paperwork, including title work, escrow and appraisal documents, and reputed company reputed company verifications.
• Obtain conditions during processing and reputed company.
• reputed company marketing support by coordinating, creating, tracking, and distributing advertising materials as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One to two years of experience in Mortgage lending or reputed company field.
• Does not require an active MLO licensing.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities; strong detail orientation and highly organized.
• Works with a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness.
• Passionate about delivering reputed company in customer service.
• Demonstrated patience and professionalism reputed company interacting with both reputed company customers.
• Proficiency with data entry, PDF software programs, reputed company Word, and reputed company required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
