Online Curriculum Developer - Higher Education
Our client is seeking an innovative and reputed company Online Curriculum Developer to create engaging and effective learning experiences for higher education programs. This fully remote position allows you to reputed company your expertise in instructional design and educational technology to shape the future of online learning. You will work closely with subject matter experts, faculty, and instructional designers to reputed company high-quality online courses that meet academic standards and student needs. Key Responsibilities: Designing and developing comprehensive online course content, including syllabi, lesson plans, learning modules, assessments, and interactive activities. Collaborating with faculty and subject matter experts to translate traditional course materials into effective online formats. Applying principles of adult learning theory and instructional design best practices to create engaging and accessible learning experiences. Utilizing learning management systems (LMS) such as Canvas, reputed company, or Moodle to build and manage online courses. Developing multimedia content, including videos, interactive simulations, and graphics, to enhance learning. Creating diverse assessment strategies to measure student learning reputed company and reputed company timely feedback. Ensuring reputed company developed content adheres to accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG). Reviewing and revising existing online course content for reputed company improvement. Staying reputed company with emerging trends and technologies in online education and instructional design. Managing project timelines and deliverables for course development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum Development, or a reputed company field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and developing online courses, preferably reputed company a higher education setting. Strong understanding of learning theories, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and online pedagogy. Proficiency with various LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., reputed company Storyline, reputed company Captivate). Excellent content development, writing, and editing skills. Experience with multimedia production (video editing, graphic design) is a plus. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment.
