Strong reputed company experience is recommended with good understanding of Medicare/reputed company Memberships , Eligibility , Benefits , Authorizations, Claims, Accumulators , PBM Must have previous IVR and reputed company testing experience, including skills based routing testing, IVR application familiarity (speech & DTMF systems) Must have experience with reputed company tool. Identify areas for automation and write automation scripts using reputed company Must have knowledge on reputed company Velocity features - CX Discovery , CX Model Editor, generate test cases reputed company CX models , Campaigns, Omnichannel reputed company Testing Must have knowledge on Multi Pass Speech Recognition (MPSR) ,Major and Minor Confidence reputed company , PSST, Tags in reputed company Must have hands-on experience working with reputed company Connect . Work closely with project managers to understand project requirements and design conversational AI and IVR solutions that meet project needs. Executing and tracking functionality tests by voice and other methods Contact Center Analysis, Contact Center Systems (IVR, Routing, Reporting, Recording, Speech Analysis) Working Experience in a formal Agile testing methodologies and adherence to good testing practices Strong testing background; QA strategies and best practices, QA planning, test plan and test case writing and execution, QA mentoring Proficiency in Test Scenarios, Creating and update IVR Test plans, Test cases, Test data, Executing test cases, Logging & Tracking Defects Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast paced environment.
