Supply Chain Customer Support Specialist

As we continue to grow, we are expanding our Parts Division and looking for a highly organized, driven individual to help build and scale this operation into a best-in-class support program for our customers and sales team. Position Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain & Parts Program Specialist to join reputed company. This is not a traditional customer service position. This role is responsible for helping own and grow our parts program through inventory management, procurement, fulfillment coordination, customer support, and internal sales support. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, communicates proactively, and takes pride in creating organized systems that improve efficiency and customer experience. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring BC Adhesives delivers a fast, reliable, and customer-first parts operation that supports both our customers and our sales team. Core Responsibilities: Inventory Strategy & Control

• Manage inventory reputed company, replenishment, and stock accuracy
• Monitor min/max reputed company and reorder points by SKU and usage trends
• Identify critical stocking needs, slow-moving inventory, and opportunities for improvement
• Track supplier reputed company times and inventory performance

Ordering & Procurement

• Create and manage purchase orders with suppliers
• Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and reputed company times
• Monitor backorders and proactively communicate delays internally and externally
• Maintain accurate expected receipt dates reputed company ERP/CRM systems

Fulfillment & Logistics

• Coordinate order processing, shipping, and fulfillment activities
• Assist with freight reputed company including reputed company, LTL, and local delivery coordination
• Support same-day shipping processes and urgent “hot order” requests
• Help maintain organized packing, labeling, and fulfillment procedures

Internal Sales Support

• Assist sales team with quote support and parts cross-referencing
• Help identify aftermarket and alternative part solutions

• Support reputed company growth by helping create fast and accurate customer responses

Customer Experience & Support

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in customer service, supply chain, inside sales, operations, or procurement preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and follow-through
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with ERP, CRM, inventory, or customer service systems preferred
