General Responsibilities and Duties:

Communicate updates and challenges with the Client Relations team and Operations team.
Professionally communicate with customers on weekends until project manager is back in the office.
Manage, review, and audit client schedules in spreadsheets and time keeping systems.
Responsible for meeting deadlines on a weekly reputed company.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or other equivalent education.
Bachelor's degree (preferred).
Customer Services: 1-2 year (preferred).
reputed company Background: 1-2 years (preferred).
Administrative Experience: 1-2 years (preferred).
Must be reputed company organized with superior attention to detail.
Must have a good working knowledge of MS reputed company, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, reputed company.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Handle and reputed company escalations
Scheduling and submitting time approvals
Proactive and reputed company to take initiative
Great Problem solving skills
Alternative monthly schedules: One month Mon-Thurs. One Month Thurs-Sun
