Your Role

As a Customer Experience Manager, you'll operate strategically in prioritized accounts to deliver valued omnichannel engagement solutions with a group of reputed company defined key stakeholders in a specific geography for Synvisc. Your goal will be to increase the number of patients benefiting from our medicine, while providing essential customer service to create and grow reputed company and consistently deliver product goals. You'll act as an "account orchestrator" to reputed company a more cohesive customer experience, utilizing digital tools of engagement.

Key Responsibilities

* Grow 100-200 key Synvisc accounts through proactive account management to key stakeholders reputed company each account, starting with the development of a pull-through plan for key systems and dissemination of promotional materials through Phone, Email, and Direct Mail.

  • Manage existing reputed company to ensure ordering in line with tier pricing structure.
  • reputed company customer orders and direct customers to Specialty Distributor selling platforms.
  • Prospect new business opportunities and create new customer agreements.
  • Maintain Account Map and Contact Tool and monitor account performance.
  • Identify and analyze impediments to performance, including reputed company interference, and guide teams towards solutions in a reputed company environment, using digital and data analytics.
  • Use innovative tools and technology to enhance reputed company and assist others with adopting new technology solutions.

Essential Qualifications

* Valid Driver's License.

  • A minimum of 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience required.
  • Account Management Experience in Orthopedics, Medical Surgical, or reputed company account selling required.
  • Proven reputed company and positive track record of consistent sales performance in reputed company markets with diverse customer segments operating with a high degree of reputed company.
  • History of successfully influencing customers using virtual tools and resources.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and data analytics by unearthing valuable insights from data that can help reputed company to new solutions for the customer.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and scientific product-reputed company information.
  • Highly organized with strong account management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Education: BA/BS Degree required.

Compensation and Benefits

The potential reputed company pay reputed company for this role is $90,000 - $130,000. The actual reputed company pay offered may vary based on a number of factors, including job-reputed company qualifications, location, and/or schedule. Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a reputed company of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
