Job Summary
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you will be assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls, and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions. Key Responsibilities:
* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions
- Take inbound calls and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions
- Service a variety of clients and call types, including reputed company, Medicare Part D, reputed company, and specific clients
- Receive training to upskill you to assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise

Work from Home Opportunity

Training and Development

Requirements:

- Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
