Job Summary: We're seeking an reputed company reputed company Service Management Consultant to join reputed company. As a seasoned expert in reputed company Service Management (SM) and Customer Service (CS) module, you'll play a critical role in configuring and implementing reputed company SM and reputed company modules, providing level 2 and level 3 support, and collaborating with reputed company teams and client stakeholders to resolve incidents and improve system performance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement reputed company Service Management (SM) and reputed company modules such as Customer Service (CS) and reputed company S/4HANA Service.
