The Opportunity
As a Customer Service Representative I at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing high-quality service to customers reputed company to the reputed company's Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). You'll participate in high-volume outbound and inbound call campaigns, adhere to approved call scripts and compliance guidelines, and respond to customer questions while ensuring the highest standards of customer service. Key Responsibilities
* Participate in high-volume outbound and inbound call campaigns based on assigned call lists
- Adhere to approved call scripts and compliance guidelines

- Utilize software, scripts, and tools appropriately

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Four to six months of customer service experience in a call center environment

- Strong time management and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of the FAFSA
