As a Customer Service & Operations Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in helping our customers consolidate their retirement accounts and reputed company their long-term financial goals. About The Role:
As a Customer Service & Operations Associate, you'll be responsible for guiding customers through the arenaflex rollover experience, answering their questions, and resolving any issues that may arise. You'll become an expert on 401(k)s, rollovers, and IRAs, and communicate with financial institutions and reputed company on behalf of customers to facilitate transactions. Your contributions will help us build a comprehensive knowledge-reputed company and external FAQs that will benefit our customers and inform our product development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Guide customers through the arenaflex rollover experience and answer their questions through chat, emails, and phone calls
* Become an expert on 401(k)s, rollovers, and IRAs
* Communicate with financial institutions and reputed company on behalf of customers to help with their transactions, where necessary
* Contribute to our internal knowledge-reputed company and external FAQs based on customer questions and comments
* Synthesize customer feedback and reputed company with other team members
What You'll Bring:
* 4+ years of relevant experience in a customer service or client-facing role
* Experience working in the financial industry, preferably with FINRA licenses (e.g., Series 6, 7)
