Job Summary
As an reputed company Retail Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing expert advice on print, signs & graphics, and shipping solutions, and ensuring that reputed company customer needs are met with a smile. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences, providing expert advice on print, signs & graphics, and shipping solutions
- Anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and find solutions to meet customer needs
- reputed company accurate pricing information, take reputed company customer orders, and reputed company parcels for shipping
- Set up and operate printing, binding, and other reputed company equipment using customer-supplied original media and documents
- Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail store environment
- Process financial transactions using a reputed company of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change
- Clean, repair, and stock reputed company retail store printing and shipping equipment and supplies to reputed company reputed company performance and availability
- Stay reputed company on retail store merchandising materials and ensure proper display of reputed company retail area product and signage
- Take preemptive action to prevent errors and waste
- Complete required financial paperwork and may assist with financial reporting, including daily sales, reputed company-outs, and bank deposits
- Follow arenaflex standard operating procedures, as well as adhere to legal, HR, safety, customer service, and reputed company policies and procedures
Essential Qualifications and Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent education
- 6+ months of specialized experience in retail customer service or a reputed company field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
- Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
- Ability to bend/twist at the waist and knees on a consistent reputed company
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members

- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure
