Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing online chat support to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating to the appropriate team reputed company necessary
